Objective: To develop an educational booklet on intraosseous access in pediatric emergencies for nursing professionals. Method: A methodological study conducted in two stages: an integrative literature review and the development of an educational booklet. The literature search was performed in PubMed, LILACS, and SciELO, considering publications from 2020 to 2026. The material was designed using Canva®, prioritizing clear language, sequential organization, and visual resources related to clinical practice. Results: Fifty records were identified, of which 15 studies were selected for analysis. The booklet, entitled “Intraosseous Access in Pediatric Emergencies: A Practical Guide for Nursing Professionals”, comprised 25 pages covering indications, contraindications, anatomical characteristics, insertion sites, devices, required materials, insertion technique, placement confirmation, medication and fluid administration, analgesia, monitoring, complications, and nursing care. Photographs, anatomical illustrations, explanatory charts, and a quick-reference flowchart were included. Conclusion: The development of the booklet enabled the organization of scientific and technical information into an educational resource focused on pediatric emergencies. Further research is recommended to validate its content and appearance through expert assessment and evaluate the material with its intended audience.
